Believed to have been built in the late 1890’s, Larmer Tree Studio was originally the Golf Club Rooms. When General Pitt Rivers created Larmer Tree Gardens, there was also a golf course and racecourse in the fields opposite, hence the need for rooms to provide hospitality. Recently this quirky property has been transformed into luxury accommodation for two guests, with many of the original features restored.
Located at the entrance to Larmer Tree, the Studio provides a perfect place for wedding couples or guests to stay and consists of kitchen, sitting room, outside stairs leading to an ensuite bedroom.
